Faston
type connection
This
connection system is constituted by a 6.3 mm steel Faston connection that
is electrically welded to the ends of the resistances and inserted into
the ceramic bushings, which are available in multiple models and vary in
size and shape in order to suit the wide range of customer needs. |

Glass-Silicon
Unipolar Wire Connection
This
connection system is constituted by a pair of insulated glass-silicone
wires with a variable length depending on the customer’s needs. The
elements produced with this type of connection are supplied with special
ceramic bushings that make it possible to fasten them by means of clips. |

Connection
with clamp-Faston terminal and Clips
This
connection system is constituted by a galvanized or nickel-plated iron
clamp, perpendicular to the resistive element, which has a 6.3 mm type
Faston connection on the terminal part. This type of connection is mainly
used for heaters. The elements produced with this type of connection are
supplied with Steatite insulating systems, in 5 different models as per
the following table:

Supports
for fastening drying hood resistances
These
support systems are used for drying hood resistances in which the heating
element must be mechanically supported for its entire length by the
structure of the drying hood.
Tecnowatt
can supply mica commutator bars with a thickness from 1mm to 2 mm equipped
with galvanized iron squares, which make it possible to fasten them to the
support structure by means of self-tapping
screws.
The
available models differ in the number of resistances supported, which vary
from 1 to 3 elements. |
